We have been notified by our good friend, Dwayne Bartley, son of shipmate Charles Bartley, that another shipmate LEON COOPER, author of the documentary "Return to Tarawa" and co-author of his book "90-Day Wonder - Darkness Remembered", had passed away on November 16, 2017 at age 98. Our thoughts and prayers are with Leon's Family.
